  The finest in Lynchburg. Stop by and have our on-site butcher cut your favorite to order! We offer Boneless NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, Bone-in Ribeye, Skirtsteak, Flank Steak, Tenderloin, Porterhouse, London Broiler, Hamburger, BAMburger (ground beef and bacon mix.)

  Free of additives and hormones. Try our famous ribs or enjoy these other cuts: Ribs, Pork Tenderloin, Pork Chops, Bacon, Chorizo, Irish Bangers, Andouille, Kielbasa, Hot & Mild Italian Sausage, Honey Maple Breakfast Sausage.

• Free-Range Chicken & More

• Soft Cheeses

  Options vary week to week, call or come by to see what new and exciting varieties we currently have to offer. Some of the soft cheeses we offer include: Brie, Triple Cream, Taleggio and Camembert.

• Semi-soft Cheeses

  Our semi-soft cheeses are some of the best selection in Lynchburg. Some choices we offer are: Morbler, Chiantino, Humboldt Fog and/or variety of Chevre, and Istara.

• Hard Cheeses

  Hard cheese can make a great garnish, topping or just serve as is! Some of our hard cheeses include: Parmigiano Reggiano, Hirtenkase, Farmer’s Gouda, Fiore Sardo Pecorino Romano and Ossau-Iraty Istara.
